The Palmer Community Foundation is excited to introduce our new Program Manager, Emily Sakis. Emily is passionate about our community and brings an impressive background in community-oriented public service to support PCF’s mission and grow our reach and impact.
Her passion for our community shines through her initiative to create the Facebook group, That Thing Goin On, a project she launched in August 2020 to bring people together through fun, free local events. From rock painting and tie-dye in the park to clothing swaps, community gardening, and story time with the Palmer Library, Emily’s events have fostered meaningful partnerships and deepened her connection with local businesses, nonprofits, and families across the Valley.
We are delighted to welcome Emily Sakis to our team and look forward to the support and innovation she brings to the Palmer Community Foundation!
